Jonathan Rose Companies is a national owner and developer of affordable, sustainable, and mixed-income housing. The primary mission of our company is to create and preserve affordable housing around the country, and we have done so for nearly 15,000 apartment units across cities such as Atlanta, Athens, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, Newark, New York, Washington, D.C., and many others. We work with cities and not-for-profits to build green, affordable, mixed-income and senior housing, along with cultural, health, and educational infrastructure.
On June 18, 2020, Jonathan Rose Companies transitioned as the new owners of Savannah Summit and Columbia Residential transitioned as the new on-site property management team. Columbia Residential is an Atlanta-based company that develops and operates high quality affordable and mixed-income housing communities throughout the southern United States. Columbia is committed to providing respect and a high level of customer service to our residents and seeks to make its communities a positive asset to the surrounding community.
