Jonathan Rose Companies and Columbia Residential have recently undertaken three other projects together in the state of Georgia, all of which are the complete rehabilitation and preservation of existing Section 8 housing communities. 

Amani Place

Amani Place in east Atlanta, formerly known as Edgewood Court and struggled with violent crime, underwent a two-year transformation.  Renovation of the property included the construction of a new community center, and the community was recently selected as the winner of the 2020 national Tax Credit Excellence Award.

Athens Midtown

In Athens, we are partnering with the Athens Housing Authority and local government on Bethel Midtown Village, which will be completely rebuilt over the next five years as a larger mixed income community and will become integrated within the fabric of downtown Athens.
